Matt Schneider - Electrical Installation and Level 2 Manager
Matt is a long serving member of the Glenco team, commencing his career with us as a licensed electrician in September 1999. It was evident early on that with his proficiency and ability to nurture client relationships, Matt would soon become a key member of the business, and 22 years later nothing has changed.
Matt brings with him 26 years of electrical experience and invaluable industry knowledge, continually sharing his advice with clients and expertise to our field technicians. Matt is held in high regard and well respected amongst his peers, hence his promotion to Electrical Manager in 2015. His focus on safety, quality and compliance ensures that each installation we supply and complete, is delivered to the highest standard our clients expect.
Mattβs vast experience in numerous areas of our industry along with his Level 2 ASP leadership is another strength that helps reinforce our team, assisting with the design and installation of large electrical infrastructure projects such as substation and switchboard upgrades.
Matt is a fantastic communicator; he develops great rapport with both his clients and our technicians and understands all facets of the electrical industry.
